Daily Special menu for Feb 3 – Feb 7

Monday: Manicotti (with our homemade slow-simmered meat sauce) with a side salad and homemade loaf of ciabatta bread
Tuesday: Mexican Chicken Casserole with a side of Mexicorn and 10 oz of our homemade salsa
Wednesday: Poppyseed Chicken with Rice OR Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole (your choice) with a side of green beans and fresh yeast rolls
Thursday: Smothered Hamburger Camp Steaks with fresh yeast rolls. This is a new menu item. It’s been a favorite at our house for years so we thought we would see if our customers like it, too! These are seasoned hamburger steaks smothered with potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, onion, and celery. We call them camp steaks because they are cooked as individual steaks topped with veggies each wrapped in a foil packet. We will post a picture later in the week!
